What are the conditions of the warranty?
Provided the product is not broken, is showing signs of misuse, abuse, and the defect is not cured even when suggested remedies in the "Troubleshooting manual" have been applied, we will repair the unit free of charge and ship back the unit to you free of charge. Just send your product to us by mail with a description of the problem and wait for 2-3 weeks for the repaired unit or new replacement.
